ORD. 148/2011 – RECATEGORIZACION PERSONAL MUNICIPAL.-

VISTO los Expedientes Nº 4099-27589/11, Nº 4099-27649/11, Nº 4099-27666/11, Nº 4099-27992/11 y la Nota Nº 1518/11 por los cuales tramitan modificaciones en el Presupuesto de Cargos vigente aprobado por Ordenanza Municipal Nº 001/11; y

 

CONSIDERANDO

Que a través de los Expedientes D.E. Nº 4099-27589/11, 4099-27666/11 y 4099-27992/11 ha tramitado el reescalafonamiento de personal dependiente de las Áreas de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Humano y de las Salas de Atención Primaria de la Salud dependiente de la Secretaría de Salud y Prevención de Adicciones;

Que por medio del Expediente D.E. Nº 4099-27649/11 ha tramitado la solicitud de incorporación de un agente a la planta de personal municipal para desempeñar la tarea de chofer en el Taller Protegido Municipal dependiente de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Humano;

Que a través de la Nota Nº 1518/11 el Honorable Concejo Deliberante ha solicitado la creación del cargo de Jefe de Área dentro de esa Jurisdicción;

Que a fin de unificar los requerimientos mencionados se ha formado Expediente Administrativo Nº 4099-27981/11 el cual contiene agrupadamente las respectivas modificaciones;

Que a fs. 14/15 del citado Instrumento la Dirección de Presupuesto informa el importe total de las modificaciones presupuestarias a realizar por parte de los Departamentos Ejecutivo y Deliberativo, detalladas a nivel de Jurisdicción y Estructura Programática;

Que asimismo la mencionada Repartición informa que no encuentra impedimentos del tipo presupuestarios para llevar a cabo las modificaciones de partidas pertinentes que permitan generar los créditos adicionales para cada Jurisdicción, con cargo al Ejercicio 2011;

O R D E N A N Z A

 

ARTICULO 1º: Modifícase el Artículo 6º de la Ordenanza Municipal Nº 001/11, el que quedará redactado de la siguiente forma: “ARTICULO 6º:  Fíjase a partir del mes de septiembre de 2011 inclusive en Quinientos Setenta y Dos (572) el total del personal incluido en la planta municipal, comprendiendo personal de la Planta Permanente, Planta Temporaria e incluidos en la Carrera Profesional Hospitalaria, distribuidos por Jurisdicción de la forma que se indica a continuación:
